read and learn the difference:-

    1.i am reading tamil.=Nan thamil padiththukkondirukkiren.(WRITTEN THAMIL)
நான் தமிழ் படித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறேன்.
naan tamil padichchukkittu irukke,(SPOKEN THAMIL)=நான் படிச்சிக் கிட்டு இருக்கேன்


2.அவன்  விளையாடிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறான்// அவன் விளையாடிக்கிட்டு இருக்கான்.

avan  vilayadikkondirukkiraan./ avan  vilayaadikkittu irukkan.=he is playing.

there is a great difference between spoken and written tamil.)

i come,=naan varukiren.=naan வர்றேன்=நான் வருகிறேன் =நான் வர்றேன்.

he  comes=avan varukiraan/ avan varran.=அவன் வருகிறான்=அவன் வர்ரன்.

you help  =நீ உதவி செய்கிறாய். =நீ உதவிசெய்ரே-nee udhvi sekiraay.=nee udavi seyre.

past tense continious

1. sarala was writing a letter.=sarala kaditham eluthikkondirunthaal.சரளா கடிதம் எழுதிக்கொண்டிருந்தாள்.
2. सरला ख़त लिख रही थी. sarala likh rahee thee.
 

2.மோகன்  விளையாடிக்கொண்டிருந்தான். Mohan  was playing.
मोहन खेल रहा था.mohan khel rahaa thaa.

 3.   the girls were singing.sirumikal paadikkondirunthanar.=சிறுமிகள் பாடிக்கொண்டிருந்தனர்
लड़कियां गा रही थीं =ladkiyan gaa rahee theen.

4..Where were you going yesterday/?=netru nee enge poykkondirunthaay.நேற்று நீ எங்கே போய்க்கொண்டிருந்தாய்.
kal thum kahaan jaa rahe the?  कल  तुम कहाँ जा रहे थे?

4.we were buying things in the shop.நாங்கள் கடையில் பொருள்கள் வாங்கிக்கொண்டிருந்தோம்.
हम दूकान में सामान खरीद रहे थे/ ham dookaan mein saamaan khareed rahe the.

5 cows were grazing on the field. பசுக்கள்  வயலில் மேய்ந்து  கொண்டிருந்தன.
 गायें  खेत में चर रही थीं. gaayen khet mein  char rahee theen. 

present continuous tense tamil hindi

  1.i am reading a lesson=naan paadam padiththukkondirukkiren.=நான் பாடம் படித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறேன்.
मैं पाठ   पढ़ रहा हूँ.main paath padh rahaa hoon.

you are playing foot-ball.=நீ கால் பந்து விளையாடிக்கொண்டு இருக்கிறாய்.nee kaal pandhu vilaiyaadikkondirukkiraay.=तुम फुट-बाल खेल रहे हो.=thum phut ball khel rahe ho.

in hindi and tamil respect and plural  "YOU"
neengal kaal pandhu vilaiyaadikkondirukkireerkal.=நீங்கள் கால் பந்து விளையாடிக்கொண்டிருக்கிரீர்கள்.
आप फुट  -बल खेल रहे हैं.(म)  आप फुट -बाल खेल रही हैं.(F)
aap phut ball khel rahe hain.(M) aap phut ball khel rahee hain,(F)

He is playing phut-ball.=vah phut ball khel raha hai.=वह फुट बाल खेल रहा है.

அவன் கால் பந்து விளையடிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறான்.

avan kaal pandhu vilaiyaadikkondirukkiraan.

she is stitching the cloth. aval thuni thaiththukkondu irukkiraal.அவள் துணி தைத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறாள்.
वह कपडे सी रही है.=vah kapde see Raheehai.

HE(respect) ve kapde see see rahe hain.=वे कपडे सी रहे हैं.=அவர் துணி தைதுக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார்.avar thuni thaithukkondirukkiraar.

they are learning languages. avarkal molikal katrukkondirukkiraarkal.அவர்கள்  மொழிகள் கற்றுக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.
वे भाषाएँ सीख रहे हैं./सीख रही हैं.=./ve bhashayen seek rahe hain//seekh rahee hain.
